Facilitation Mentoring

Are you looking to hone your facilitation skills?

There is a difference between group management and facilitation. Sometimes, meetings just need to be shepherded along.

However, each encounter is an opportunity to weave together people and purpose, to create effective and meaningful forward movement.

Facilitation is not as much about being in control as it is about being in the flow. And when that happens, meetings have meaning. They also tend to be much more effective!

I would love to support you in developing your skills and tools, to help you grow into your own unique style of facilitation.

“I have had the incredible privilege of learning from many wonderful teachers over the years. When I look back at the gifts received, the lives that have woven in with mine, and the lessons from many who are no longer with us, I know it is my turn to give it all away. It would be an honor to be part of your learning path.”

  • Christi’s influence on me as a facilitator is enormous, I have so much respect and gratitude for her mentorship. She held a powerful group space that grounded me during my journey through a very challenging program, and she embodied both justice and equanimity in ways that were transformative for me.

  • I knew Christi 20 years ago. Now that I have lived more life since then, I can say she is still one of the only people i have ever met who values, creates and facilitates community. She was more then my thesis advisor, mentor and friend. She is a peer who strives to create change in this world in this very special and unique way. A true role model and inspiration.

  • Christi taught a class on group dynamics which was part of my grad. psychology program. This was over a decade ago, but I still remember how her passion and mastery of the subject made it an inspiring and memorable class. I'd be excited for any opportunity to take a class with her.
